Pre-order ultimate edition

We purchased the pre-ordered ultimate edition on my account and my sons use the same console on their accounts - one doesn't have access to any of the FIFA points and team of the week packs etc. Is this right or is there something that we can do so they both can benefit from the extras? thanks
