Pro Club Play offs - Penalty shootout

My club has just won a penalty shootout in Pro club play offs and haven’t been given a win. It does however count as a game played but with no win/loss on the record. I have noticed that many other clubs are also in the same position as us as it gives you a huge goal difference if you go to penalties. Please can you advise.
