Pro clubs running is horrible

Dont want to hear anything about settings and visuals and lag cause i have turned off every setting imaginable and my pro club winger who has 99 pace and maxed out dribbling runs like a snail with the football. Its so frustrating, im through on goal i press turbo and nothing, its like im running in mud. This is ridiculous
