I've had the same issue today during games. It's lost me several thousand points in squad battles.
When playing it suddenly stops and says 'the servers can't access my request' or something along those lines. Then when I go back on then match has gone down as a 3-0 loss. Not acceptable when we've paid for these games and are being done out of achievements and progression!
Does it take you straight to the PS dashboard?
Ive tried playing the ps4 version for now because thats all i have but my god its awful
