Question About FIFA 24 Career Mode Customization

This is my first post here, and I'm really excited to connect with other players! I've been playing FIFA 24 lately, and I’m absolutely hooked on the Career Mode. I love the level of immersion and control it gives, but I was wondering about a specific customization feature.

Is there a way to make more in-depth tactical adjustments during Career Mode? I’ve noticed a lot of changes in player development, but I’m curious if there’s a way to set more specific tactical instructions for my team—like pressing intensity or individual player roles for certain situations. I’d love to know if others have found ways to tweak tactics that add more variety to gameplay.
