@Izzy_FUT_Dubs When I play on career mode I use a half star team and put them into EFL league 2 and try to make them climb to the Premier League. Maybe that is why they are insanely bad at defending currently and I just have to wait? All my guys are either low 60's or high 50's right now, but I feel that shouldn't make it that different since I have played with this strategy before and have done it every time. I am playing other teams of that skill level as well thats why I am saying that. Lmk what you think.
- @Kmkzekid23 Use Teammate contain on ALL plays. And to stop cutbacks you have to press R1 R1 twice so that the AI defenders mark attackers in the box. It is complete NONSENSE that the developers have added this to the game. Soon you will have to press a button to control all 11 players.
@GoonerSoldier Got it. Yea, I started holding down R1 when I am by attackers now and using teammate contain which is helping a bit more. Didn't know R1 R1 twice was a thing. This is what happens when you get older and they change the game up on you. I will also try that technique. It has been better ever since I started using teammate contain though. Thanks alot!
