Can you try reinstalling the game? That seems to solve the issue for most players.

It never does. That's just the first item on the tech support checklist. It keeps you busy for a while and then they hope that you just don't bother coming back.
As for me, I'm just hoping they somehow fix it in a future update.

It actually has worked for a number of players already. Im sorry that it hasn't worked for you or @ololijhhy though. The studio's still looking into it, hopefully we'll have an official fix soon.
