    Hi

    playing EA FC24 (cd) on ps5 using HDMi cable on a smart tv

    at starting the game sometimes ,the color of the background of the whole game is turning(purple/pink)

    i will share pics when back home..

    this is really embarrassing…

    I don't think there's necessarily anything embarrassing going on. 🙂 I just think it might be easier to see what the issue might be if I can see exactly what's going on.

    Do you have a second HDMI cable you could try when you're home, just in case that's what's causing the issue?

    is not caused by the HDMI cable because,the game color is not permanently purple/pink

    it is rather working properly in some instances

    so i guess something related to the software/update etc….

    @aminos19861986,

    Something that might be worth checking is if you activated colour blind mode in the accessibility settings. I've seen that happen before to another player, and that could also be messing with your colours.
