Yes, I have opened an appeal , let's see how this goes. In my experience, this is pretty useless; am I wrong? Am I forced to buy another copy of the game on a new account just because I forgot I was banned on the first one?
Appeal closed, ToS team (assuming it does exist) will not reverse this decision.
So basically I wasted money.
There is no advice on being banned during purchase. This is a legalized steal.
Shame on EA. Never buying games anymore from EA.
