Perhaps acknowledging the issue publicly and taking action to address it is a better approach? Your response, like the countless others we receive, often comes across as disrespectful.
1. Take proactive steps: Implement measures to ensure fair competition. Make Draft-mode like Rivals and Champs so that victims do not get loses from their encounters with DC-cheaters.
2. Let's avoid treating people poorly with unhelpful responses. It really is that straightforward.

@EA_BarryThat's not acceptable anymore EA released a new game with the same problems that existed in FIFA 23. Reporting is pointless and no good if EA refuse to do anything to prevent it. I won't be buying this game or future releases until Issue's from previous versions are fixed. 

There is no option for CHEATING in reports. Only '' Report offensive Club name or Report offensive Squad name.'' what is this? Why y'all acting like there is no hackers in the game?

300 points lost to a hacker and EA did nothing because its automatic token...

But what would be the point of that? You never do anything about it
