Please ensure that you have purchased the full version of the game on the same Xbox and EA account where you previously installed the trial version. In case you have multiple accounts, kindly try logging in with other email addresses as well.
If you have recently purchased the game, please try playing more games in Ultimate Team and completing other activities, as it may also help.
