EASFC 24 via Play Pro on russian account

Topic is pretty much self-explanatory. Do I get a full version of the game on EA Play Pro like the rest of the world, or not?

Ok, thanks. But why it is 'november 22"?? However, no info there on how sanctions affect the EA Play Pro inclusion of EAFC24, so, it means that regardless of my russian account, region and so on I will be able to play on 22 september with everyone else?
