Re: Error and cannot settled by support team
I reported this bug on May 7, 2024,
I have completed this funding task, but I have been unable to receive the reward. Please help me solve it.
The response from the support team was,
Thank you for contacting EA.
Later, the support team told me,
"I have reviewed your issue and I would like to inform you that this is a known issue and has been fixed by my gaming team, so I will ask you to restart the game and see if that helps."
I answer
"Regarding the funding task, I consulted you in the early stage, please take a look at the record. You replied that it is being processed. After today's update, the task is gone, but the proposal has not been formulated. Please take a look at the situation and tell us how to handle it. Thank you."

"Please tell us if you purchased the Centurion Bag?"
I answer
"What is the Centurion Pack that Lion and I are talking about? I recently purchased several of the following combo packs using gems, and did not purchase anything else."

"To receive rewards, you need to purchase the Funding Quest in the store. If you haven't done so already, this may be why you are not receiving rewards.
I answer
"Please take a look at this picture. You only need to log in for 14 days to get 4,000 funds, and there are no other requirements.

I understand, I have met the requirements, you need to solve the problem before issuing rewards.

I answer
"Then when will I get the reward? Please give me a clear answer. Thank you."
EA finally told me to file this bug here

I can totally understand how you're feeling right now, and I appreciate the offer to help resolve this issue as the team has already addressed it and we have no practical plans for increasing rewards.
In this case, please raise the issue on the forum and the team will look into it tomorrow.
Please help resolve this error as soon as possible.
