A speed test isn't really helpful @katian857002 as it tells us very little. You can have amazing speeds but still see connection issues due to ISP routing for example.

Please try the steps shared and if the issue continues speak with your ISP.

It’s absolutely not connection based. 

Our pro club team consists of 2 PC players and 2 playstation players.

The last 2 matches in a row, both PC players, who are on wired connections, disconnected at exactly the same time while the Playstation players stayed connected.

It’s embarrassing how much pro clubs is neglected for all its bugs simply because it doesn’t make money like Ultimate team.

It has nothing to do with people having connection issues their side. When it happens in a cross play lobby it kicks the entirety of one console base.. 🤡🤡 clearly an issue EA side which is nothing new, game is always riddled with issues. Can’t complete a pro clubs skill game without a crash for example. 

I managed to solve the same problem with no profile at the start of the game and no sync and  cant play co op matches.

Go to your windows security

Virus and threat protection

Ransomware protection and than manage ransomware protection.

allow an app through controlled folder access

block history

Check your history, you will find out that for some reason the windows block the profile folder and thats the reason why fc 24 players have issues with their profile syncing.

 Give premission and you are good to go

I've had this twice recently too and to keep fobbing it off as a comnection issue on our end is ridiculous. We were 4-1 up on Clubs and got the loss because of it.

If it helps, the first time it happened it seemed to be us Xbox players that got kicked and the PS5 players remained.

I recently started getting sync issues after latest update. Connection is fiber 1gig up and down 19ms ping on xbox happened twice in the span of 3 games.

Bro is this guy a bot?  These generic responses being too scared to hold EA accountable in case he gets in trouble is crazy. It’s not a connection issue, it kicks out my whole team from a game, not just me. And it causes us to get a loss. Fantastic when you’re playing a promotion match. Once again EA neglecting Clubs but pumping all their resources into FUT.

@RKO289 I had it last night, I was 2-1 down in a game in the first half. Sent a friends request to my opponent because I wanted to see if he wanted a rematch, because it was a good game and also didn't want my opponent to think I was rage quitting and cheating by the match not counting in the first 20 minutes of the match. Not sure if the same thing happened to my opponent

I am having the same issue for 3 days straight now on PS5, while playing online seasons. after 3 seconds from the start of the game it crashes. 

i tried on 3 different internet connections, i even deleted the game then re installed it. same thing. 

so there is no solution ?

July and it's still happening. 4 times today this has happened. I'm beating Man City at half time 3-1 in this game and then this nonsense happens. That was a hard fought first half that I have just wasted my time on.

If it was my internet then this would happen with the other online games I play, it only happens with FC24

@EA_Darko How dense are you? A lot of players in the community are having the same error problem resulting in a lost.. I’m sure it aggravates others aswell as myself when it happens during playoffs or during promotion games in pro clubs, majority of the times it happens when the team is winning then your broken servers decides to forfeit the winning team and giving the losing team the W.

STOP LOOKING TO BLAME OTHERS SAYING IT’S THEIR CONNECTION ISSUE WHEN YOU AND EA SERVERS ITSELF IS THE DAMN PROBLEM!

Yeah I'm getting this sync error a lot on PC, I think its cheaters disconnecting you.

Its not a coincedence that everytime when I score a banger, or we are close to winning. I get this error.
