I had the same issue , I used to press continue carrier and I got the problem, but this time I tried to load an older save and it's worked fine so it's just a corrupted save game. Now I'm avoiding auto save and saving the game manually.
I've got this same issue on both my ps4 and my nintendo switch, only happened after updating to latest version, try to load my career game and it crashes with this error code, tried restarting ps4, updated the ps4, rebuilt database and still won't load but it let's me start a new career though and works no bother, sick since I've played through around 8 seasons with my team, be pi**ed off if I have to start over again
