@ahunter316 Same issue - yesterday before I started this weeks Rivals matches, I changed my GK instructions from default to Comes for Crosses/Sweeper Keeper that a lot of people have used & recommended. I honestly can’t tell the difference between the Balanced (default) setting or the new one I’m trying out. Same as the CB if you change them, the AI just stands on the spot or takes a moment to start running. The delay, including when I press a button to pass or shoot, is causing me a lot of issues. Not to mention this whole ricochet/rebound situation which is an absolute joke. The AI/online opponent can somehow do a slide tackle & pass the ball 30+ yards up the pitch no problem yet my team struggle to pass the ball 5 yards in a straight line to a teammate literally in their immediate field of view. EA really need to sort this mess out instead of releasing packs that cost 300k coins or 2-3k FP (roughly £18-24 of actual money) to entice people into gambling on packs just to try & get a decent card when, in reality, most of us will get a dupe Parejo.

    @riptide_80 I would keep an eye on operation sports. They are doing their best to try and balance the sliders during each update. Although at the moment I feel like the current state of the game is beyond sliders.

    @ahunter316 I’d understand that if they did, however, it just seems that this game after a month has become unplayable for a lot of people. I was never really THAT good at previous FIFA (I got as high as Div 2 in Rivals & almost always was 11–9 in Champs/WL) but this game, I’m struggling in Div 5 & can’t string together more than 2/3 wins & when I’m in Champs I’m getting schooled by teams containing 80-90% icons/heroes/promo cards when I’m rocking an 84 rated PL team! The last few editions of this game has definitely become more PTW. Bring back the good old days when the vast majority of us only had Rare Gold squads, maybe 1/2 TOTW, up until Christmas then it was the mad dash for FUTMAS. A month after release we’re now into our 4th promo - too many promos has definitely diluted the enjoyment/pull of the game for me. Sad thing is, EA don’t really care about their audience just those little pound signs that continue to click over.

    @riptide_80 I say the same thing on every forum. This is why we all still play PES 2017. Couch co-op, perfectly balanced gameplay, fouls, variety of goals, aggressive AI. Still plays gloriously after all this time.

    @ahunter316 Yeah it seems like there’s no longevity with this franchise any more. I was still dipping in & out of FIFA 18 even when I had FIFA 22 as the gameplay etc was, in my opinion at least, a lot better than the **** that 22 offered. Lots of fellow FIFA gamers have said the same thing.
