Re: Horror servers

i have this issue only when playing rival or champion, other than this 2, everything run smoothly.. plus saying that our internet connection is poor or our platform is the issue seem disappointed to me. for me EA is the problems, nothing can move them except for money, their service like beggar asking for money - nothing more...

    Hey @shahze87 issues around connection are something that you need to work on from your end.

    I would recommend the steps I shared above.

    woah, that fantastic. everything need to check at our end where i check everything is good and working fine. even after go through the stupid troubleshoot that your mention; everything okay, nothing abnormal appear BUT the game still lag and disconnect frequently. i think you should quit your job..

    Would love to be able to quit my job @Anonymous and hang around all day but sadly that's not possible.

    As for your issue, if you are seeing issues with lag and disconnections then this points to issues with your network or ISP.

    All we can do is link you to the troubleshooting steps and recommend that you try them. If they do not work then you can look at additional troubleshooting provided by your platform and speak with your ISP.

    again, i don't want to argue but the advise you give very unreasonable to me like i only play this game my whole life without knowing what to do regarding my internet connection etc. all cs i refer always given me the same advise & mention every issues/problems all always come from user end plus try to change topic entirely. for me it very simple, it totally EA problem - if only 1 person complain it's okay BUT right now everyone complained. maybe you not seeing it coz you only look this forum only.. support EA your entire life end right..

    @AnonymousOne could think that if you buy a game all you have to do is pay, install and enjoy. We all play Planty of other games. Now tell me for which other then EA FC 24 game you had to contact your ISP? Monitor your connection. Change cables. BUY more expensive internet packet in order to improve your connection. What is the other game that requires all that, and in the end it doesn’t change a thing.
    Is it really normal that it is on us to do sth to play, should’t it be the duty of whoever sells sth - be sure that it is flawless, without defects etc. Why is it our job to worry about so many things. Will someone from EA tell me?
    Shouldn’t I be able to enjoy this title simply by installing it?

    The support offered is absolutely terrible, unbelievable.

    The same story repetead infinitely, with the same useless link shared and blame on the ISP.
