Dear Barry,

Thanks for the information. We play on PS5, and my son isn't allowed to chat with others.

But the issue is more one of how the DNF policy encourages players to continue playing matches that they are clearly losing - to the detriment of their mental health.

Does EA Sports have any plans to make changes to the DNF policy?

    @scumbagshawty For casual gamers who don't play very often, the coins make a difference. And it's the principle. Why punish players even more for quiting matches where they're clearly losing to a better player?

    @bradpixel I mean I guess it’s a couple hundred coins for match which shouldn’t make much of a difference. You can also improve your DNF% over time. You can stop pushing for promotion and play people at lower divisions which should reduce the amount of games where you’re getting completely blown out.
