So they can bleed more money out of people of course. That's how greed works unfortunately.  And as long as there is a pay 2 win model and paid transactions that don't have any government sanctions in place, they will continue to do so.  Just imagine if every country did what Belgium did and flat out BAN FUT because of their predatory nature of their "gambling" packs, how much better this game would actually become. This would force developers to actually make a complete game to get their money instead of hoping enough people become one with a sheep to pay for things that they may never get.
