Re: Player gone

Hello, I was just doing some SBC’s on the companion app for the 85+ upgrade. I started by making a team with squad builder and wanted to take the high rated players out. Suddenly the app freezes, and after a few seconds the SBC was submitted without me clicking or doing anything. I now submitted an 86/87 rated team instead of an 83 rated team… I lost a lot of good players. I'm trying to find a way to contact ea or open a case but it's impossible. There is no way to see a button to click on to contact anyone or email anyone, even if i follow all steps they tell us to. Do you have any idea how I can get in contact with anyone?
