Hey @grandenunal,
It looks like this thread was originally about the beta, however if you're having trouble claiming a code for the full game, that will depend on where you had made the initial purchase.
If you're not finding the game in your library after redeeming a code, try clearing the cache in the EA app first.
If you're still having trouble after that point and the purchase was made through the EA app, you can contact support directly so they can take a look at the transaction.
If the purchase was made through a different retailer not listed below, you'll need to contact their support instead for assistance with a correct code.
