It appears that an error occurred in communication with the Football Ultimate Team servers, and goes to the menu 

Is there any way to fix it or do I have to wait? 

It says “there was an error connecting to ultimate team” and kicks you off ultimate team. second time this has happened to me this year. i figure you guys won’t do anything to help because they pay you to twiddle your thumbs at ea 

Where can I find out when my softban ends? Because it already takes 4.5 hours.

How can it be fair to be "soft banned" for doing "too many" unlimited repeatable sbcs

Make a limit on them then. How can you call it unlimited if you can get restricted. 

EA it is the third time that I have been soft banned for doing the player pick this week man. Please can you fix this issue, it is getting very annoying now

The same thing is happening to me when I try to submit the sbc it kicks me out of ultimate team

This company makes me sick honestly. Stuck on the Vitinha SBC because EA feels like people grinding these are ‘over doing it’. But hey, new store packs daily. Sickening. 

I have been soft banned for around 5/6 hours now , due to doing to many SBC’s , is there a solution to resolve this ? 
I feel it is unacceptable considering we paid for this game and now we can’t access arguably the most important part in terms of team progression.

I cant complete sbcs either got soft banned how long will this * take? Sbcs are the only reason i even start this game up and u ban people for it get rid of it or come up with a better solution 

I'm not the same player/person you asked the question to but I've also received the same problem. 

The error message I receive is the following "There was an error communicating the Football Ultimate Tram servers. Please try again"

I then try again and I receive the same error message each time I try, thus making the "Please try again" sentence very unnecessary.

EA should fix this immediately as it's ridiculous considering the "82+ Player Pick" is repeatable infinitely for a finite amount of time therefore I should be able to submit as many as I like.

I'd like to know when this will stop considering I've it's been happening for roughly 6 hours now.

I'd also like to know whether this error will occur again in the future? If so, how can I avoid it, I need to know statistics; doing "too many within a short period of time" isn't a good enough answer.

same thing has happened to me i’ve tried to log onto ps4 and ps5 edition to do the sbc and it still says im soft banned in the web app

Absolute joke from ea to softban people over doing sbcs that they let us do. They could at least put a warning or a repeatable amount countdown like they do with so many other sbcs. I hope someone from the team could let us know how long it will last or if they plan on fixing the issue stop this stupid softban crap. Literally achieving nothing with it…

I repeat it but, you guys haven't understood that EA doesn't care about players? They know we'll buy the game, no matter whether it's * or not. They only care about "MONEY".
