@BanDit78yes I know it is technically online but there is no connection or ping associated with squad battles as there is with rivals and champs if you haven't noticed.

There is a significant difference between squad battles and rivals or champs.

The game dynamics in rivals and champs are ridiculous.

I can play 10 games where it seems like my players are sprinting at half speed, shots on goal miss, keeper can't save a thing, opponents keeper acts like Superman and saves everything, my defenders literally run away from the opponent who has the ball and the opponents players look like they are sprinting at 300%.

Then I will play a game that is exactly opposite and my opponent has the above problems!

@Izzy_FUT_DubsIn 9 out of 10 games I always seem to be at a speed disadvantage no matter what my players sprint states are or chem or play styles are.
I already play with a 72 depth and using team press or constant pressure just has my players never in the right position.

@GSM350 I don't know why your players are faster in Squad Battles. It is online game mode and it is affected by bad servers. I just played a game, when my players didn't react to controls in a second. It's unplayable the same as Rivals

@BanDit78 Technically Squad Battles is an online game mode and requires a connection to the EA servers but I believe the gameplay or match is localized to the console or PC and only the results and stats are sent to the EA servers, that's why there is no ping or connection status displayed when playing Squad Battles.
I think that's the way it works, well that's the way I would design it otherwise you are overloading your servers with a game mode that can be localized.
Can anyone from EA tell me if that's right?
Rivals and champs gameplay consistency is terrible.

I suffer from the same thing while playing against players who move faster, turn faster, tackle faster etc.
Im amazed I manage to win games despite such a handicap. It makes me wonder how much better I could be if I wasn’t playing against EA Servers AND my opponent.
The absolute worst FIFA game I’ve ever played and I’m absolutely shocked 3 months in this game isn’t playing right. If I didn’t do my job for 3 months I wouldn’t have a job.
