Re: TOTY MESSI GLITCH

Dear EA,

Im writing this becuase if feel there is no other way that you can make this situation right. The problem: A glitched pack with wrong odds that gives out the best player in the game to around 10-15% of the community (up to 50% in rivals and champs) is a gamebreaking bug. This makes the playing field uneven, and this goes against your own terms of service. Im not even mad or suprised, but im wondering why I spend my time and money on this game and you refuse to take your jobs seriously. You are playing with emotions of millions of your players so much its starting to look like a social experiment. The only solututions are to take the card away or give it to everyone. Otherwise please let me know who I can contact to get my EA play pro subscription and the money spend on packs refunded.
