Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you feel like it was unjust, you can always reach out to our terms of service team via the steps in this article. They can take a look at this for you.

It might take them a little bit of time to get back to you, but once our terms of service team have finished their investigation you'll receive an email from them with the result. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon, but depending on how busy they are it could take up to a few days.
