You actually have to spend hundreds of dollars of real money, buy over 500 packs of THE MOST EXPENSIVE pack in the store and then you might have an actual REAL 5% chance of packing a TOTY player.

In terms of EA percentages there is probably less than 0.5% in packing a TOTY player from an 83 x 10 pack.  I've opened over 200 of them and only packed 87+ gold cards and the occasional 83-86 TOTW card.

The game is actually designed to make you want to spend real money in chasing the special cards, chasing that winning feeling just like a casino slot machine.

At least Epic Games gave Fortnite away for free which is what EA should have done KNOWING that FC 24 UT is a PAY TO WIN game.
