I really hope this is just a bug and they will fix it until full release, cause it literally destroys the immersion for career mode. If anything, you should be able to skip the weird preview they added with cut scenes as if the game was already played.

Exactly! Those scenes like if the game was already finished are absolutely nonsense. It defines the complete lack of coherence in EA attitudes.
It's like this game is done by people who never watched a football match. Even in a World Cup at least.
Guess what! There are the lineup and formations intros in the old gen version of the game. Even the streamer became immensely surprised and angry because of the current gen not having it!
