Unbelievable that EA have done this. So much for an "Authentic Matchday Experience". As a Career mode affecado I previously loved the build up to big games: it is a great way to show off the aesthetics of the different stadiums and the player models. Now I discover you don't even have the UCL anthem or UEL for that matter. Please patch this ASAP EA, if it exists in the last gen version there is no reason it shouldn't in the current gen ones. It helps with single player immersion greatly.
Extremely disappointed in EA as a company. Whoever made this "creative decision" should be sacked. Its likely part of a "strategy" to push players towards becoming microtx zombies playing FUT and lining your pockets even further. I've already paid for the game, provide what I and many others assumed to be a key feature ASAP!
Yeah, I really hoped this is just a silly bug that will be fixed by release. Now the game is officially out and not only it isnt fixed, but its not even in the 'under investigation' thing, its pretty obvious it is intended. Well, after all these years of putting up with a lackluster career mode, this has finally been the nail in the coffin for me when it comes to EA and their subpar game. I dont care about playing ping pong "football" online. Time to move on and stop pretending this game gives me any sort of satisfaction. Glad I didn't buy it, at least, still had EA Play from last FIFA. Which I ended up using for like 20hrs in a year. So I guess that says everything about it.
Yeah I bought the game early access, I was optimistic this would be fixed by todays full release, and no sign of it, all signs pointing to this being intentional to transition everyone into UT sweats, which is non playable now anyway as there’s no option to not play with or against female players. Bought every game since 1996 and this will be my last one if it’s not fixed urgently!
The same with Erik Ten Hag’s face, updated the real one during Fifa 2023 to get a generic version on FC24 on PS5. Same again goes to no option for grip socks along with outdated ankle tapes.
Embarrassing company need to worry less about UT zombies and focus on their loyal long term fan base. Sadly the lack of numbers acknowledging or complaining about this tells you how little of us there are left.
