Fingers crossed, playing the PS4 version this year was rough after years of PS5 version. It's crazy how different they feel

Oh yes! Lets just hope the wording doesn’t imply full intros can only be played for “important” matches, and it’s a toggle for all games.
I’m still not buying 25 until I see the intros are actually back.
Me neither. I've preorded for years, but waiting this year too. I need to see the game first. I'll have to try the10 hour trial then make up my mind. I sure hope it's good.

We can confirm Match intros will be back on EA SPORTS FC™ 25.

It has to be said: Glad EA listened and will be bringing back the full pre-match intros!

So, they decided to return it back in FC 25 instead to FIX it in FC 24?

Looks like this applied only to Career Mode. Need to check whether it applied to the whole game...

It should really be a toggle option in settings.
Leave it off for online but an option for any offline mode.

Really too hard to add this toggle in settings in FC24... (sarcasm). Now EURO 2024 experience on nextgen are not authentic. No normal lineups in FC 24 thanks to EA decision. Now this turned into advertisements: "we return back normal lineups". But not in FC 24 🙂
EA didn't understand the point to fix this...
P. S. I hope they're also removed the bodycams from the referees and returned them back to those who usually wear them 🙂

Exactly!
Anyway, I can say, including myself, that many people found out that they can live without this game. I didn't even install it, even though I could as a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. It's the first time my gamertag doesn't have a new FIFA edition in my game list history. And I'm so proud of this!
It was a pain to every time mess with sliders and fight all those atrocious updates from EA, just to minimally beat their broken and refurbished engine and arcade gameplay full of sliding here and there, exclusively designed to Ultimate Teams addicted zombies.
I even didn't know they released a (non-gameplay) trailer! If it wasn't because of this thread, I would never know!

If they are still a thing, trust me, it's one more huge reason to also don't even mind about EA FC 25!Yes. In FC 24 they ruined the experience and that was worst nextgen version up to date.
In FIFA 23 there were normal lineups and normal referees scenes.
EA decided "to improve" authentity. Heh ))
Just make these scenes from FIFA 23 even more realistic.
For example, new funny scenes when goal are missed, injury scenes, real fans emotions (not monkey-like drum-drum as in FC 24)...
A lot of ways to make it more authentic and realistic! HEY!!!
But instead they decided to cut these scenes. And added unrealistic things which NEVER exists in ANY TV broadcast ("bodycams" on referees, stupid behaviours of fans, no starting lineups presentations, etc...).
A lot of ideas, but they decided to ruin it...
Even more: now it turned into an advertisements for FC 25: "we return back things which we removed in previous version". This sounds disrespectful to your own fans of the series.

I would say this, you better fix your unfinished game fc24, there are many problems in the game, so before fixing the old version of the game you're jumping to other game, just to make money as soon as possible 👎👎👎👎 @EA_LeonSKyou guys released last update for fc24 and yet problems are still there, check it if you want. I would say fc25 will be polished version of fc24 with extra $75 charge 👎👎👎
