Haha, I had the exact same thing happen. Got me almost raging. Managed to beat them by the slightest margin after penalties. Van Dijk also got beaten in an airial battle. Weird. In my experience the lenght of players does matter.

I like the inclusion of the women a lot. But it's... weird that you have to play mixed teams and women teams in this mode. Women and men never play together and never will (barring benefit matches). Don't put that in your game if it doesn't happen irl.

If you play offline draft, just take the lowest difficulty and you won't have any issues. It doesn't impact the rewards.
