whenever there is a Div relegation day you will get the rewards of the "new" division you are in, unless you claim the rewards before that happens, which they only give you 2 mins to do so, i had to claim mine at 3:00 am and new division refreshed at 3:02 am
Uhm, no? Because one of my friends, who also Elite Div and Rank 1, got his intended rewards. And he claimed them after me, when I told him after my problem, he got the red player pick, and his packs as intended.
And I have never had that problem ever since it changed into Division Rivals, which means for years. Claiming rewards a few hours after, or even a day after. That does not make any sense, nor does it explain Division 0, Zero, theres no such thing as division ZERO.
Then thats weird then lol, but im not surprised at all coming from EA
