Redeem An Ultimate Edition Of FC 24 And Didn't Get Any Fc Points

When I'm Press The Redeem Content Ultimate Edition I Didn't Get Any Points Do I Have To Wait Or There's Any Problems?

Cause When I Pressed The Button And Access To The Game It's Said "Connect To Ultimate Team Is Not Possible At Any Moment"
And When I Access Again (I've Waited For 10 Min) I Didn't See Any FC Point Increase From A Old One (200 FC Points) Right Now I Didn't Use Any FC Point Of The Old one
The EA Said (1 Add-on) When I Access it Again I Don't See Anything Increase From It
