Refund if bugs are not fixed?
FC 25, for me and many others, is full of bugs that make the game defective and not as advertised. I reached out to live chat support to ask about a potential refund, but they told me my window for that has passed. However, I’m questioning whether that’s fair for a game that’s been broken for months. Shouldn’t I be entitled to a refund for a game that isn’t functioning as promised?
I’d much prefer to have a fully functioning game, but after three months and six title updates, these issues are still not fixed. I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress and updates, so I want to know what my options are if these bugs aren’t addressed ASAP (before 2025).
Can anyone tell me if I could claim a refund under my consumer protection rights? Is it possible to claim a refund for a product that has been defective for this long?
