Sanction now being resolved and NO UPDATEs

Question

I received a santion on the latest FC.&nbsp; I reached out to help and got the advice to send email ot Terms of service. I have received NO update what so ever. The email wrote something about cheating but no such thing has happend why something must have been hacked. There are no update, no feed back and absolute direct showing of what has actually happend.&nbsp;How do I get any feed back from this team and how hard can it be. Someone must have pushed a button to send a saction for a particular reason&nbsp; - but nothing as all.&nbsp;
