how is it fair to get a soft ban for sbc when we paid for the game and there no limiT to repeatable sbc who can we talk to get unbad it feels like ea are breaking the law
Hey all, if you are using the transfer market or submitting SBCs in a rapid and repeated timeframe you may find yourself unable to access the functions for a short period of time.
The best thing that we can recommend is that during times of heavy usage you take a moment here to breath.

I am currently soft banned from completing anymore sbcs but my issue is that I cannot connect to my web app amd actually have never been able too but I never needed to until now, was wondering please if there was anything to be done about it.
I've been soft banned a lot of times and can tell you all it was definetely in the game last year and the year before that.. To be honest ever since I started playing fifa its been a thing. This is no secret. Im about 99% sure if you do over 100 sbcs an hour you get soft ban on your respective platform. This is different for web app, companion app, ps4 version, and ps5 version. So in theory you can do about 400 sbcs an hour before you get soft banned on all platforms. The first time should take about an hour, and if you exceed 100 sbcs an hour after that its going to be much longer (around 12-24 hours but ive seen as much as 48). I advise you menu grind on web app, and when you get soft banned you sign into ps4 version of ultimate team and then sign out, load companion back up and you should be unbanned for another 100 ish sbcs. Menu grind on console is way too slow and absolutely boring, so I personally stop when I get soft banned on web app.There's ways around this but it completely destroys my mental that this is purely 100 % motivated by money. More sbcs = more menu grind = more play time = better flex to your investors. But this means everyone has a good chance to pack top tier cards, why would you buy an 82x100 for 400k when you can do 100 82+ sbcs in 15 minutes ? If they remove soft ban, significantly less people will buy packs. I'm only writing this because everytime I search if there is a way around the soft ban no one knows how it works. If they want to deter cheaters a simple captcha would be more than enough. Warra yap+ playstyle for me.

Of course i've done nothing wrong and never broken any rules. I just do sbcs and then get banned for repeating an unlimitedly repeated sbc unlimited times. To be honest I would appreciate a timer on the soft ban as sad as it sounds, so I know when to come back and play the game again. It's frustrating that people can snipe bot the market and not be banned but I get soft banned for literally playing the game!
Right we can officially rule out the rapidly submitting sbcs line they keep feeding us. I've been at work all day. I did some player picks at 12pm on my lunch break. Then I did 2 player picks at 4pm. 2 player picks was enough to get soft banned. What's their next excuse?
