I only started playing again when FIFA23 came out after a 10 year absence, I'm 50 years old. I play online seasons mainly and this season I have found that online seasons is much harder than last. In FIFA23 I would be around about division 4 or 5. In FC24 I rise to division 4 then I just plummet back down to 8.
The mm should be based on your skill level and not on whether the team has the same star rating as you. I seem to be getting matched with players either 1-3 divisions higher than the one I am in or 1-3 divisions lower.
I use Liverpool mainly (The team I support) but the amount of times I have to face Real Madrid in a season is unreal. FIFA23 it was PSG every game, I still play against PSG because they are one of the most OP teams in the game. FC25 I doubt as many people will use PSG and it will be Real Madrid every single game I reckon due to Mbappe moving to them.
The wins that you get when players have left the game is mainly down to them rage quitting. I've had them quit like that when they are 1-0 down, which makes no sense, I have squandered 5 goal leads in this game a few times
