Shutter lag/corner fps drop

The fps drops for PC as soon as the camera changes from the regular view to something like a free kicks, penalties, corners, celebrations and even in the pause menu. I am pretty sure its not my PC that has the issue. When will EA fix this?

@samfisher0547 I don’t think that this is just limited to PC - I’m a PS5 owner & the quality of the in-game graphics seems to change from time to time. Random thick black boxes appear on the right hand of my screen almost as if the stadium/pitch hasn’t been fully spawned yet.
