Soft ban in SBC is too easy to have in the web app

Question

Hi,It doesn't make sense how easy it is to obtain a SBC soft ban on the Web App.I'm trying to do the "Premium Bronze Upgrade" and "Premium Silver Upgrade" to do the "81+ player pick". I do everything manually but in the case of Premium Upgrades the SBC are done quite quickly which has led to constant soft bans in a somewhat random manner. The question is, if I'm doing the SBC manually why do these soft bans happen? What rule am I not following? (rhetorical question) Does EA just want us to spend endless time on menus and seek to delay processes in any way?Please EA put other soft ban criteria for SBC that these do not fit.Regards

I would imagine it’s the same thing like bidding to many times on the market. I would assume it’s to stop cheating and so they won’t tell you exactly what gets you banned or otherwise people who are cheating will use it to get around the ban. Same thing with playing to many games in quick succession.&nbsp;
