@mrmakaveli702 All current commentary languages are in the game settings in the upper left corner of the game. Select audio and it will show you current commentary languages.

english is selected and i cant change it

@mrmakaveli702 If it is not listed there, you would have to reinstall the game with the language of the commentary you would like if it is available as an option. There isn't an additional install of commentary to download at this time.

What helped me change the commentary is this (please note this was meant for fifa 23, replace fifa 23 by EA FC 24):

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

2. Type "regedit" (without the quotes) in the field and press Enter. This will open the Registry Editor.

3. Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Sports\FIFA 23

4. Look for the "Locale" key and double-click it.

5. Change the value to the language code of your preferred language. For example, if you want to switch to Spanish (Mexico), change the value to "es_MX".

6. do the same thing in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\FIFA 23" path.

7. Go back to EA App and repair FIFA 23 files and it should download the new language pack.

8. if you are on steam you need to change the language from steam + do these steps as well.

Following the steps above worked for me. Please note that you change both values to whatever language you prefer, and then repair. Should do the trick.

When I go into the audio settings my commentator languages are greyed out and I cannot change it at all. There is no downloadable add on to add different commentator languages wtihout changing the language of the game. Friends on ps5 can change their commentator language while having their game language normal. Is it too hard for EA to just add those extra 2 to 3 gbs of audio files so I can have spanish commentators and my game language in english?

The Spanish commentator is not working in any game mode.

Have the same problem!!! Spanish commentary don’t work. I did try to reinstall the game on my PS5 but the issue continue.

For commentary, It could depend on where (for which region) you purchased the game. For example, on a non-European version, you may only have 2 languages (Arabic and English).

However, if you launch the European copy, you will get all languages but not Arabic.

If you launch the game from a PC and the game from the EA App, you can reinstall it and then pick "Spanish" (or your preferred language) as the language before you click to download the game.
