For FC 26 (too late now for 25)
I'd quite like to start as a youth player in career mode with all the under 21s teams - including the national ones. So you have more control how the player develops earlier on. It would enable you to create a unique player and even enable some kind of duo dynamics with chemistry boosts. Also a memories gallery from historic wins, signings and other big moments for your player.
Easy saving and recall of goals with (option to have) replays starting further back in time.
