I just got my PC and wanted to know if there is anyway where my EAFC account/ information can get carried over from Xbox to PC?

Unfortunately EA FC 24 doesn't support cross-progression, so if you want to play on PC you'll have to start from a fresh club there. Obviously your Xbox club will still be waiting for you on your console, but for PC you'll need to start again.
