Sync Error During Playoffs

On 11/5/23, my friend and I were playing our playoff matches in Pro Clubs. The game was running perfectly fine for the first 3 matches of the night (approximately 1:30 am pre daylight savings). However during the 4th and 5th matches(approximately 1:25 and 1:35 am post daylight savings), we experienced an error along the lines of, “an error occurred and you are no longer synced to the match”. After the error occurred the first time and we were removed, nothing happened to our record and we figured it was just a one off harmless error. However, the next match the same error occurred and we were given a loss equivalent to that given when you forfeit as was the team we were playing against. We essentially lost a whole game and 3 goals of our GD because of potential server errors, and because of this we have stopped playing. We are concerned that we may not be able to play again during the playoffs if this error keeps occurring. While we don’t necessarily need the match back that we lost, we would like some clarification on the situation and to be sure this problem won’t hinder our progress in the playoffs moving forward.
