The Coins have been reset to zero.
Dear team, Thera was more the 1.5 M coins on my account (d7m956) I just signed now on web app and found it Zero. kindly need your clarification, I paid more then 1.5 k dollars on FC point

We're not able to assist with bans or other account actions directly here on AHQ.If you feel you have been incorrectly actioned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
