The servers don't want to serve me
I haven't been able to access my servers for days to play online, what's going on? I need a solution and no one from support has wanted to do anything in days!

Hi there. Which game are you trying to play? Your screenshot shows FC Beta. If you're trying to play an old beta version of FC 24, that won't connect. You'll need to download the retail version of the game.
