Too many goals in the match. Not realistic

I love playing career mode. Manage the team, make transfers. But realism has disappeared in the matches, every match the scores are 6-4, 5-7, 2-3, 5-3, 4-1, 5-6... There are no real 0-0, 1-1, 2-1 or 2 -2 ... How to reduce the number of goals per match that was realistic? Help please
