FC points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Points can only be transferred if you're on the same family of consoles. For example, you can't transfer points from PS4 to Xbox One. Also, you can't transfer points using the web app.
I know that but mine aren’t transferring from fifa 23 to this fifa
