Community ManagerPoints can only be transferred if you're on the same family of consoles. For example, you can't transfer points from PS4 to Xbox One. Also, you can't transfer points using the web app.
I know that but mine aren’t transferring from fifa 23 to this fifa

What platform did you play FIFA 23 on and which platform are you playing FC 24 on? Also, are you playing on a different account?
Same account and same Xbox
