Transfer progress from old gen ps4 to new gen pc

Hi, is there a wat to transfer my progression from ps4 to the new gen on pc. On the compagnion app i can only switch usernames, but on pc i had to create a new account. Is there a way to get my ps4 account on my pc. I have both usernames on the same ea account.
