UCL HEROES

Question

Hi there, I have pre-ordered the ultimate edition of EA Sports FC 24 today and I have just seen that I qualify to get a UCL/UWCL Hero item, just seen on Twitter that the promotion for this has already ended but my ps store has given me information that is attached, it seems as if I can get the hero item. If I don't qualify I would like to be compensated with the hero item as this is a fault on Playstations side🤷‍♂️
