Ultimate team dup theory

I don’t know if this is a glitch, but I keep packing the exact same people from icon packs that I already have over and over again… I’ve opened roughly 15 icon packs and out of the 15 only packed 2 players that were different, everyone else was someone I already had in my club. I just opened an 87+ icon/centurions pack. I got 88 rated Wayne Rooney who I already got in my club. What are the odds!? Out of all these icons that are out and I get the same thing over and over? It’s like I’m just waiting my time.
